  • Natural imperfections are part of the design and not defects

Product images aim to be accurate, but slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Maison Lamiè reserves the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time
  • Correct pricing errors

Orders already confirmed will not be affected by price changes.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully processed.

Maison Lamiè reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order
  • Request additional verification for high-value purchases

5. Shipping

Once an order is handed to the carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.), Maison Lamiè is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors.

Ownership transfers to the buyer once the item is delivered.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of one-of-one artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Contact within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

Claims will be handled with the shipping carrier.
